Fortinos Waterdown is my favourite local store. I usually bike there when the weather allows it. There’s a place in front of the store where I can securely lock my bicycle. The staff goes above and beyond my expectations. I love the huge selection of whole, organic, sustainable and local foods. The natural beauty section is also remarkable. The kind employees and the shopping experience always add to my life.

I used to shop for almost everything at Fortinos, but I parse out the grocery list these days because their prices are crazy high across the board. So things like meat, fish and consumable items are all from Costco now, and that often means other stuff too while I'm there. I still seem to spend a lot of cash at Fortinos, but get way less for my money than other alternatives. Nice store though, after years of having the most unremarkable compared to every other Fortinos around.

Very expensive compared to the other grocery stores in the area. The new Renovations are nice, store is much larger now. A young women and two men who look like either the owner or managers yelled and accused some kids today of running around and pushing elderly people over. They screamed at them in front of everyone at the self checkout, telling them to “never show their face here again!” Those boys were probably no older then 12 and just wanted to buy their food. Those boys had nothing to do with it and they confused those boys for other kids. If that’s how they treat kids I will no longer be shopping there. Do better fortinos.

Certainly one of the best stores in Waterdown. Very nicely managed with friendly staff. Top notch bakery section. It is getting expanded and hopefully we'll get to see a sushi counter along with other food choices - can't wait. Has become my go-to store for custom ordered cakes and fresh bakery stuff.

Fortinos Waterdown is excellent!! Great customer service! I order online and all the staff are great! I am always so pleased with my order or they make it right. Also, recently I had to buy a few flower bouquets. Silvana, the manager and Saloni did an absolutely fabulous job. Great florists! They made them just like I requested. Top notch customer service!! Thanks for all you do!!

I have been shopping here for many years. The renovation and addition has been a bonus and has added to the atmosphere. The store is well maintained, I have never had any issue with the employees. Any concern that has been brought forward has been handled as I would expect as a paying customer. I like to shop for the sale items and take advantage of that to curb the high grocery prices. There are always items available on sale.

Something very good about how the young people are trained. They work together, offer help, look you in the eye and clearly communicate. It's very rare these days
